I have had nothing but issues with this location! Every single time my family and I order from this Popeyes we are left... disappointed and in dispair. Yens have romped our fun day by adding pickles to sandwiches that were ordered with no pickles! Itake a hefty chomp and snag a pickle! One single pickle at that was placed on each sandwich so I can?t imagine if I actuallywanted them! One pickle must send you over the edge. To be honest? ?not very good? would be putting it lightly. I understand that they may not have other varieties of chicken (ex.... spicy or blackened), but to not give out sauces after they were explicitly asked for is subpar. This is the SECOND time now that we didn't receive any of our sides. Just boxes full of chicken. My husband even asked this... evening when they handed him the bag, "the sides are in there too?", because of our last experience. He got yepped. And here weare, no sides. It's not cheap to pay all that money and get half your meal every time!! Then i call and the manager says, "well,come back with your receipt and i will give you your food." Which sounds great in theory except that its 36 minutes one way, notto mention my husband doesn't have the receipt to begin with. Read more
Food is fine but everyone has a lack of urgency. Line out the door, 2 employees just hanging out, one lady had long hair and... it was down, I ordered the food an hour in advance so it was ready and waited 15 minutes from the time they actually spoke tome which was 10 minutes after I arrived for my meal. I don't know why I go back. I feel like I just like to be ripped off at this point. I went back this time for the 5 Piece Bix... $6.99 and the happy hour $1 side deals. I should have checked my order KNOWING my unpleasant experiences in the past, but I wasrushing because I was meeting up with a friend. First, the 5 Piece Box was only 3 pieces. I requested spicy & all pieces weremild. As for my sides, I was given mashed potatoes over the red beans and rice I asked for. The Cole slaw feels like it was putin a microwave before I got it. Quality and Service is terrible. I just order at the drive thru and waited in line, when I got to the window they told me cash... only and I would have to go in. I went in and had to reorder, I could not understand the person taking my order because shewould not look up at me while talking. I had to go over my order 3 times. When I got home 2 sides were missing from my order andthe 5 piece tender that I ordered barely had 2 full pieces of chicken. The order was almost $50. This is unacceptable! Read more

Food is good but they never get an order right. If my family didn't like the food so much I would never go there. Even when... they are slow they make you feel rushed. Check your bags when you get them 100% off the time something isn't right. Been there15 times since they opened and had a problem every single time. Read more
