I have a very mixed experience with this Starbucks. Almost every other day they list their stock on the Starbucks app as being... sold out, but when you go to the cafe physically they have it in stock. So I?m never able to buy anything on the app usually.It?s frustrating because I usually always buy through the app so by the time I get there, my order is done. Friendly staff, excellent service. Red cup day: so it was one of the busiest days of the year when I visited-yet their quality... was not lost in the chaos. The dirtiest and most gross Starbucks I've been in. The restroom was so gross it was unusable. Tables were all gross and trash... was overflowing and yet, I counted 5 employees. I rarely leave negative reviews but this place was pretty trashy. I hope theyclean up their act. Read more
Took me 35 minutes to get 2 coffees and they didn't even add flavoring to my apple crisp it was just espresso and milk. I went... back and they told me that they can't add it I'd have to wait for them to remake it. Ruined Starbucks for me. Read more

My experience at this store was one of the best I?ve ever had at a Starbucks. I placed my order, which had quite a few extras in... it as it was, and in the order, there was some miscommunication about which size I had ordered. The man at the window was veryunderstanding, as we told him the size was incorrect, but he told us to pull back around, and when we got to the window again,he handed me my drink in the correct size, AND as well as 2, $4 off coupons for the next time I got to Starbucks.
