Went to this location yesterday. It was very busy and only 2 people doing the job of at least 5-6 people. The man who served me... and my children was very nice. I wanted to leave a tip and was shocked to learn they are not allowed to accept tips. Who everowns this place should be ashamed of themselves. Over working and I?m sure under paying their staff not letting them accept anytips. Shame on you. Read more
When it comes to Starbucks all you want is consistent consistency and it's difficult to achieve it really is. These days it's a... gamble at Starbucks. And when you find one that sells a decent latte it's usually just 1 person there making it and you have tolook for them, learn when they work put yourself in line so they make your coffee, follow them home. Loved the employees at Starbucks but there has been A LOT of new faces and I?m not sure why. Hoping to get to know the new... employees. This Starbucks drive thru can sometimes take as long as 45 mins to get your order. It is a VERY busy place. I havenever had a wrong order in all the years going here. Read more
Waited in a long line for OVERPRICED INSTANT coffee...the prices for this item were not posted (no wonder)...but it's a... Christmas gift & it's what my granddaughter drinks...oh & many on the shelf were OUT-DATED....if you're going to charge $10.00for a 12 pack of instant coffee how about making sure they're not out-dated! I would give this Starbucks 0 stars but sadly I can?t. It?s a workers job to be nice and respectful to their customers however... that was not the case here. My sister had ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it tasted burnt and nothing like pumpkin to thepoint where she couldn?t even drink it. We went inside to go see if we could get a different drink, the lady was BEYOND rude. Weare nice people, we said we felt bad for not drinking it, but she made a face, yelled at us to ask what we needed, and actedlike we were insane all because we requested a different drink. I?ll also say when I ordered my stuff she was very rude too,screamed in my face to try and hear me when there was no noise going on. She had an undercut and brown hair. That?s the best Ican describe her. If you?re looking for good coffee and kind workers, I do not recommend going here. (Note: my sistersreplacement coffee does not taste that much better.) I?m very disappointed. I expected better. If I am giving you my money andmy kindness I expect you to be nice in return.
