Every other day it?s something different with this location, the other day the lobby was closed, today I drove up on September... 14th 9:45am online clearly stating they have been open, with another car already at the pickup window and the the person on theother end of the mic tells me they?re closed??? There?s literally someone picking up their order in the drive thru window.Everyday I go to this Taco Bell I expect something different, I just wanted to try their breakfast burrito for the first timeand instead had to go to McDonald?s to eat their breakfast burrito, Taco Bell is great but this location is not. Ordered a steak chalupa and these guys put two pieces of steak on either end of the taco and filled the rest of it with beef. I... mean you can't make this up. If it would let me add a picture to this comment I would. Terrible service, used to be good back inthe day now it's just horrible. 3/4 times will get your food wrong. And I was the only person in line so it wasn't busy and itwas 9:30pm so no excuses. Just sad Read more
it's been amount 20 minutes since I left this Taco Bell store. I was here with my wife, my 7 month old son, my wife's friend... and her son of 9 months as well. I'm extremely disappointed that my wife's friend was told to "get out of my face" by anemployee. She was asking for the large cup we had paid for and didn't receive because they had been busy. Keep in mind we weredinning inside. He also proceeded to the notion of shewing someone away towards my wife's friend. We paid for our food and sincewe no longer felt like staying there because of the unnecessary treatment we eat back home to find half the order we paid for ismissing. Unfortunate. Not to mention no one was there at the front registers for people that may have had a disability andcouldn't use the means of electronic tablet ordering. Disappointed in this location and it's clear they need an overhaul onworkers if they can't train them the correct way. Disgusted. Read more
Waited 30 minutes for food and it's like they forgot about my food.... turns out people that checked with me didn't even know my... food was siting in a spot and ready to go so it's cold.... a taco pack cold sux.... feels like they could be more organized andpay more attention to customers.... very flat cold food with hardy anything in it.... worst $30 ever spent.... Absolutely awful. First of all when the guy took my order he was rude and kept talking over me. Second of all when i got to the... window he rolled his eyes at me when i told him he got my order incorrect. Then said pull out in front so we did so we could getour additional food that he missed. As he was walking to our car he pulled out his vape and started vaping then got to our carthrew the bag and then walked away and started vaping again.
