First, the spinach artichoke dip had very little spinach and was mostly cheese. It came out ten minutes before our other... appetizer. The table directly behind us was being used to hold silverware for the tables, as well as food for one of theemployees. We were on the last legs of an emergency trip to Maine. We stopped here after driving 16 hours for dinner. The waitress took our... drink order and everything seemed fine until she asked for sugar. The waitress checked her apron- noticed she didn’t have anyso she went to go get some. Afterwards she totally ignored us. She began waiting on people that were sat after us and continuedignoring us while we were still waiting for sugar and to order food. Once she began taking their orders (after about 30 minutesof waiting) my sister went to the front and requested another waitress. It took some time but eventually she came to the table.At this point my elderly uncle was so upset he refused to eat. My mother finally got her sugar packet, and our order was finallytaken. When we got our food we noticed that everything had a spicy kick. Pizza, lobster roll, etc- things that wouldn’tnormally have any spice to it unless asked for. Seems like everything was dusted in cayenne pepper either by complete Accidentor very much intentionally. Not the best experience at unos. It was our first and last time coming to this location. Great experience grabbing lunch on the way to Vermont. Had my dog with me and even though outdoor seating was closed, they made... an exception and let us sit out side with her. The Buffalo Tenders were good, not as spicy or as hot as I like but the Family enjoyed them as well. Chicken Parm was really... good, not thick as some places, which is good. Not to keen on thick chicken. The drinks were really good, very tasty. Ourwaitress was happy and cheery, which makes it nice. The rest of the staff was friendly, so definitely a 5 star experience. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. the manager walks around like he’s terrified of customers. When we got there we... were sat at a disgusting table that was not cleaned before we got there and when asked for it to be cleaned the hostess gave usattitude like it was our issue to figure out. None of the waitresses were even SLIGHTLY trained. I understand places are shortstaffed but the service we received, if any, was not covid related. Not once, were we asked what we wanted for dinner. Ourappetizer was quite literally thrown at us and legit wasn’t even picked up. She left the mess on the table and said oh i’llget you more. Nobody even said sorry for the fact our food was thrown. This place is awful. Hostess also walked around withheadphones in her ears like working was such an inconvenience for her. Read more
Food was good, service was lackluster. Server visited our table to take our order and check on us after another server dropped... our food with only two tables in her section. We spent the last half of the meal with empty drinks. When asking for the bill shestill didn't notice our empty drinks. Do better. Read more
Service was fantastic. We really had an awesome server. Tuesday was kids eat free with adult meal purchased. They allowed... substitution so we can get what the kids wanted. Was very happy Read more
