Lady that is supposed to add veggies on completely just ignored me and wrapped up my sandwich, I asked if I could get Parmesan... cheese and black pepper and red onion added save she just decided to tell me that's how it comes and that's too bad. Went in to order lunch. Got footlong sandwiches and were told they couldn?t be customized because ?that?s how it comes now?.... Short blonde woman wrapping sandwiches gave us attitude and refused to fix the sandwiches, didn?t even let the toast timerfinish. They were cold. We have always loved this Subway! Service was always exceptional , staff pleasant. Today was the exception to that. New staff,... but not trained well. Food all over the prep counter, wrong items in wrong bins (beef in chicken tin), 5 of the tins wereempty, glass smudged and streaked everywhere, and the servers were going in to the back, touching register, touching everythingand not once changed their gloves! I was shocked and disgusted! No manager in sight, so I don?t know who was training thesetwo boys, of which one was obviously not ready to be working on his own. What a shame. Read more
So...I love Subway. I generally enjoy this particular one, too. However... at this visit, at least one of the employees was... visibly I'll and was wiping her nose on the back of her wrist while making the sandwiches and while ringing me up. I understandthe struggle with making ends meet and not being able to take time off because you need to live. Totally get it. Take bettercare of your people, Subway. I wound up throwing the sandwiches away outside. Wasn't the employee's fault. Just wish shehadn't felt like she needed to work when sick. Read more
