Hey so the ice cream machine has been broken for a while me and my step dad went today to use our free ice cream coupon and he... had to repeat it 15 times just for the person to put the wrong thing. She then came out he showed her and she said okay ill getit and then a few seconds later came back and told us that it was broken it is not the first time we've gone and it's beenbroken. Read more
The dinner shift employees at this location seem incapable of completing an order correctly. I have lived here for 6 years and... have yet to get even 1 order 100% correct. They ALWAYS forget at least one item in our order?on a lucky day it?s an order offries or cheese sticks but often it?s been the main course of one of our meals. It?s very frustrating to order meals for 3people and get home only to have someone only have an order of fries for dinner. The items they do manage to get in the bag areoften wrong?how difficult is it to make a burger with ketchup only? With this being such a small town there aren?t many choicesof where to eat so I still go, but the town is growing and soon this location will not be able to depend on necessity to keepcustomers coming back. Every once and a while, they do a good job but it is rare. I started ordering through the app so I had the option to tip, but... it has actually gotten worse. Ex: Chili cheese dog... the cheese is not melted, the chili is warmish, and the hot dog is mayberoom temperature, and doesn't seem like they did anything but take it out of the package and place it on the bun. Today Iordered a 2 for 5, Reg Frito Chili Cheese wrap, and Quarter Pound Double Cheese burger, with another Jr Frito Chili Cheese wrap. What I got was a burger that tasted like it had been sitting a long time with the bun being kind of hard, like it had beenexposed to air for a few hours. The Reg Frito Chili Cheese wrap, was actually a junior and both were pretty flat with only alittle chili and cheese, and I couldn't even tell if there were Frito chips in it. There aren't a whole lot of options there,so if I need a fast lunch, I may have to use this place, but it will be my last option and I will never tip again, unless theycan actually start doing their job correctly. The morning crew at this location are the only reason this isn?t one star, they just work better and manage to get everything... done right in a timely manner. The afternoon and evening crews, that?s a different story, hope you?re ready for half fulldrinks, wrong orders, and a 30 minute wait. A change on evenings is needed pronto! Read more
This is one of the finer Sonic locations. Excellent service. The lady taking our order even came outside to make sure she got... our order correct. I recommend the #4 combo +add jalapeños, tots, and a cherry limeade. Food was fresh and of great quality. Read more
Sat in the heat for over 20 minutes after the board said they were bringing out the food. Actually had to request my food again... and the girl who answered me acted like she could care less about anything I sure hope she gets a thrill out of not caring aboutanything!!!! Needless to say after 40 minutes and calling again and asking one of the girls delivering to others that werethere way after we ordered, we left and whoever the manager is definitely needs to have a come to Jesus meeting with the staffthat worked today. Been here two different times, I paid for a #3 but only got a single patty with cheese and bacon. The second time, I told them... my order they bring out a burger with no bun. Would not recommend eating here. Read more
