Wow! They’ve really nailed this takeout process. We had the French onion soup, short ribs, cauliflower/leek gratin and the... chocolate bomb for dessert. All were excellent! The short rib was huge with no bone and very little fat. Simply delicious! Very nice touches like a small loaf of bread, horseradish cream, and a mint sprig with the bombe. So nicely thought out withclear instructions on warming things up in the oven, with nothing dried out. A great Delicious hot meal rather than a lukewarmtakeout. My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary and had dinner at the Horned Dorset. The entire experience was great! The... staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu and food in general. They answered all of our questionsand even gave history on some of the dishes. This was a truly fun and interesting experience. We both ordered the chefs tastingmenu, this was 7 courses of finely prepared quality food. We immensely enjoyed our evening and dinners. We have left manyrestaurants in the past and have said i wish we went here or there instead, after leaving we both are excited to returnagain! We love going to the Horned Dorset Inn .The food is fabulous as is the service. I love eating in the library and listening to... soft classical music. No cell phones or loud music. It lends itself to a nice dining experience. Read more
