Driver just left food sitting on porch in 90° weather, neighbor said he knocked sat it on chair and left, driver(Nathan) was on... porch less than 30 seconds. Parmesan bread bites are delicious! Order of Honey BBQ wings had sauce just squirted on a FEW spotswhile LOTS of spots were left completely bare. Salad was horrible of course after being left in heat. Only takes couple minutesfor previously refrigerated lettuce to wilt. Will never use this Dominos for delivery again unless I'm planning to sit on theporch. The pizza at this location is generally decent and made quicky. If you pay with cash it's not an issue. That said, they haven't... been accepting gift cards through online ordering or in person for months at this location and the GM doesn't seem to care. Read more
Domino's is such a big franchise that I know there are good ones and bad ones, but Leonardtown's branch is so fast that it's... almost unbelievable. I've ordered delivery before and it was delivered in under 20 minutes. I'm only a few miles away, butstill. Impressive! Read more
Heading home on a Friday night, I placed an online order, at about 11:05, for pick-up. I had checked the Dominoes Leonardtown... location website for the store hours before ordering. The website clearly said they were open for pick-up or delivery until1am and even had a note that the hours had been verified within the last week. I placed my order. The Dominoes site took myorder and accepted payment The little screen popped up on my phone to show me my order progress. Everything was great. A fewminutes later as I am literally in my truck and on my way to pick the pizza up, my phone rings and I am told that carry outclosed at 11pm. I told her the website had taken my order and payment and that I was already enroute. The reply... "Store policy. There is nothing I can do." She did offer to change my order in the computer to be delivery. (Which adds a deliveryplus delivery drivers usually get tips so now the price of this one pizza has just about doubled.) Plus, by this time, I amliterally pulling into the Dominoes parking lot. So basically I could get the order I had already paid for if I wanted to nowpay extra for it so she could switch it over to delivery and have a driver hand it to me? Seriously guys? Be a bit moreprofessional and make sure that at the very least, your store website has the correct information. There was no differentiationfor carry-out vs delivery hours listed anywhere on it. Also, if something this easy to deal with happens,, empower youremployees to work with it so you don't lose customers over stupid stuff. You have too much competition for pizza in town to losecustomers over something so easily avoided. Read more
I will say I really enjoy this Dominos. However our last order of 2 medium pizzas was horrible. It was not like their usual... pizza. So the trash can is where they went. We were so embarrassed in front of our company. We're going back to Pizza Hut. Read more
Ordered a large thin crust pizza. I wanted thin crust not thin toppings, they must been running short on toppings because they... sure didn't put much on the pizza I ordered. First time using this store, will give them one more try.. never had this problemwith other locations Read more
Usually really great and fast service. Love that there?s a dominos in leonardtown. However, when you order different topping on... each side it is expected for each side to be HALF of the pizza. One half was veggies and the other half had bacon. They made thebacon half take up part of the veggie side too. Also there wasn?t enough spinach for the veggie half. Some people can?t eatprocessed meat. Please keep topping on their own half. Read more
