I'm reviewing this as a mcdonalds not just a fast food. They consistently get your order wrong after taking ~8 minutes for a... basic cheeseburger and fries. They frequently parts of your order whether it's the fries, apple pie, sometimes they forget theburger. Just go to the wendys on the other side of the shopping area. Read more
Have recently had a lot of issues of missing food lately. The other day was missing an apple pie i had ordered and then tonight... i got home and was missing my fries i ordered and the pie had been sitting awhile because it was stuck in its container and Icouldn't get it out, threw it away. Sorry .... McDonald's I had three senior citizens in the car with seperate orders. Told no only 2 at a time . Go back around... line to place the third. 11:00 on the morning ! Needless to say won't be taking them here anymore . Really sad treatment of ourseniors. Went to Wendy's and no issue. Read more
I've never been at a McDonalds as bad as this one. We walked inside to order and no one approached us to take our order until we... said something. They were working with drive thru orders only. The place was dirty and the supply station (napkins, straws,etc) was extremely low. The worst part was how rude the staff was, and not just to me but to each other. Their voices were loudand their language was inappropriate. Read more
Waited for almost half an hour for drive through to get our order?. First waited 15 minutes to get the order, just to find that... they missed an item - had to go inside the store to wait another 15 minutes to get the remaining item? Read more

After taking a 6 mile drive to "the closest" McDonald's and driving back home, it was discovered that 2 burgers were barely... cooked at all. I even ordered mine without cheese and they managed to get that wrong. After scraping off the cheese from bothsides of what looked like a "well done" burger, I bit into what I could best describe as a very "rare" burger. Yes, it wasthrown in the trash because the taste of raw meat turned my stomach! Word of caution...when ordering a burger from thisMcDonald's, request that it actually be COOKED!!! Read more
