I just wanted to say that my experience with this Papa John's was a very pleasant one. The manager, Aileen, was knowledgeable... and very helpful to my wife and I with our order. She helped us with finding a coupon to bring our total down considerably. Shewas kind and even helped us to get our pizza in the car for us, considering that I use a cane and my wife uses a walker to walk.Thank you so much to Aileen for a wonderful experience... Especially since nowadays it's a harried and hurried experience thesedays at most fast food restaurants. Read more

Never again will I order pizza from Papa John's. If you're expecting to get a pizza like the ones pictured on their website... forget about it! I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and mushroom with visons of those image in my head. I got an 8 slicepizza with maybe 1 pepperoni on a slice. Then the mushrooms were cut in half and each slice had half of mushroom on it. I feel Ipaid over $20 for bread. Take your order somewhere else if you want pizza not bread. Read more

Ordered a thin crust "The Works" and I should've known something wouldn't be right when I got an email saying it was ready just... over 10 minutes after I ordered it. The crust was severely undercooked to the point of the pizza falling apart when I picked upthe first slice, I basically had to let the pizza cool to room temperature and eat it cold so it wouldn't disintegrate. Thecashier was friendly enough and I have a phobia of taking food back and complaining because I don't know what additionalingredients I may get in return so I lived with it but I don't see myself getting Papa John's ever again. Plus there's theannoying constant emails I had to unsubcribe from even though when I ordered I checked the box telling them don't solicit me byemail. 0 stars for the pizza, gave the review 2 since the cashier was nice. Great store. We order from here at least once a week. Always good. And the one time the order was messed up, Andrew and his team... went above and beyond to fix it: they re-delivered the right pizza, gave us our next one free and added a yummy brownie on thehouse. Thanks guys! Read more

I order from this particular papa johns all the time and I?ve never once had an issue with my pizza or order being incorrect!... Papa John?s is the only pizza that I can say I love. This location may be tiny but it?s convenient to the base and all the otherbusinesses around great mills road! Read more

Though they do have a sit in area here, I have always ordered take-out from this location. The staff is very friendly and the... pizza always comes out looking perfect. Whenever I ask for extra peppers, they actually give me a lot and not just one or twolike most places. What more could someone ask for? Read more
