The slices for lunch from the original The Slice House location were so good, I had to go back in the pre-hurricane rain for... dinner for a whole pizza. The fresh tomatoes and basil from the local farmers market can't be beat for this, my favoritespecial. The pizza was ready at the time promised, and the staff are always very friendly. Ordered a pizza to go here today only to find the location was closed. When I called to find out the story, I was told that I... was at the wrong location. I was like how can this be as I am at the number and address I called. Made it seem like I was inthe wrong. Two locations share the same phone number. You would think that there would be a notice placed on the door orsomething to let you know. Also should not make it seem like I made the mistake. Needless to say, they have lost a customerjust because of very poor communication skills. The pizza was not worth the extra effort or inconvenience. Managers responsebelow is inaccurate as the person at the register never apologized and just noted the closure for future visits. I stand by myreview and my 1 star rating as the pizza was not worth the inconvenience. Read more
Best pizza in town. I also like mod. Pizza but I think this is much better. The only down side is they have a very limited... selection of pizza, I wish they had more choices. The chicken and cilantro pesto pizza is excellent. Every week they add a newspecial and usually the specials are very good. Price is not to bad as well the pizza is very big and one pizza is enough for atypical family dinner. Read more
Born and raised New Yorker until 8 months ago & this is HANDS DOWN the best pizza I?ve had in Maryland! Makes me feel closer to... home as cheesy as that is. The bagels are great too, I tried 2 flavors. Unique and delicious. Staff is always incrediblyfriendly! Thanks for everything!! Read more
What can I say, finally a great pizza has come to Southern Maryland. Fresh hand worked crust, fresh ingredients, awesome brick... oven. Our pizzas were cooked to perfection and were cut into nicely sized slices. We had no complaints about anything. A fullmenu board whould be nice as we found out there were options we didn't know about untill after we ordered, And if I could I'dadd a few ingredients like jalapenos and pineapple. But as is and as ordered we could not have been happier. We will definitelybe seeing more of you in the future.u Read more
