My spouse placed an order through the dominoes app almost 1H and pizza still wasn't even being made was just received. She... called the store and was put on hold for about 8 minutes when she finally got to speak to someone the lady was rude. She toldthem that I would pick up my order because the process is taking too long. When I finally get there our order was just therewaiting! And not even being kept warm. The lady tells me she has to recharge me because she had to remake the ticket due to itnot being delivered and it being a pick up,implying that she would refund the original payment made by my wife. So I'm like, okay, no problem I grab myorder and I'm out. I should've checked The pizza before leaving it was horrible /cold, wings were soggy. Absolutely worst Dominos when it comes to operations. Tracker says food is delivered, driver doesnt show up til 50min later.
