My spouse placed an order through the dominoes app almost 1H and pizza still wasn't even being made was just received. She... called the store and was put on hold for about 8 minutes when she finally got to speak to someone the lady was rude. She toldthem that I would pick up my order because the process is taking too long. When I finally get there our order was just therewaiting! And not even being kept warm. The lady tells me she has to recharge me because she had to remake the ticket due to itnot being delivered and it being a pick up,implying that she would refund the original payment made by my wife. So I'm like, okay, no problem I grab myorder and I'm out. I should've checked The pizza before leaving it was horrible /cold, wings were soggy. Oh, and she neverrefunded the payment my wife made through the app so she basically charged us double. I put a ticket for customer service to getthat refund back still waiting! Never again.. Absolutely worst Dominos when it comes to operations. Tracker says food is delivered, driver doesnt show up til 50min later. We ordered pizza for my kids and their friends' party by 6:30pm Friday. It didn't come until 7:30pm, so we called and asked.... They said it is on the way and will take 10 min. We said why the tracker app doesn't work, they just said "I know" and hung upbefore we finish our sentence. After 25 minutes, still not delivered. We called but they didn't even pick up for more than 6minutes. We went to the store and asked what's happening. The lady, who was on the phone, didn't even looked at us said I don'tknow. I said it's been 1 hour and half later than the original delivery time. She said there is traffic. There was no traffic. Iasked her to call the driver, she said "We don't do that". I asked what should do? She said, even without looking at us, "Youhave to wait" I asked why she can't call or check with the driver, again. I asked if it is Domino's policy. She ignored myquestion, tuning me out. Delivery was more than 1 hour and 30minutes late. The lady didn't even look at the customer. Theydidn't even try to call driver, or whatever. This is how they make an Extravaganza Pan Pizza. The toppings are not toppings, rather they are sprinkles. It tastes like they... did not apply any marinara sauce. As per the naive employee who is not cognizant about his/her employer violating the franchisepolicy who must comply with its franchisor?s standard recipes, rather stated that every Dominos franchisee locations havedifferent recipes which is unacceptable.
