I used the drive through to get a sausage egger and hash brown. I was told my total was $7.22. When I got to the window to pay... the employee told me 7.20. I gave her $10.20 expecting to get $3.00 change. She gave me $1.95. I told her she shorted me and shenow said it was $7.25. I said no you round down not up for 2 cents. She said no that I owed $7.25. Awful customer service, the lady taking our order was rude and kept cutting us off as we were ordering, and the young man at the... window was too busy on his phone with earbuds in (as someone who works in the restaurant industry i know full well this is botha health and safety violation, not to mention its downright rude) to be even remotely pleasant. He was short and rude and almostbarked at us to park in the front, just overall was not a pleasant experience. Let's hope the food is good at least. Read more
