This is a good place for some fast food. The food seems relatively fresh (no old fries or anything), the employees working are... polite, and the restaurant is clean. They are very good and when I ask to have my burger cut they make sure that the staff received the order.
I ordered a whopper, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a classic chicken sandwich. We waited in the drive-thru line for around 7 or... 8 minutes I think. We got to the speaker and a very friendly employee took my order. When I got home to eat with my family, thelettuce was brown and slimy, the spicy chicken sandwich looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and ittasted extremely dry and flavorless. My wife said the chicken sandwich was good and the whopper was cold... not like lukewarm,like I had forgotten it outside for 20 minutes or so. It tasted fine though. The onion rings weren't crispy but looked more likecalamari rings being all floppy and soft. I hope it was a one-off because of the new store, but I won't be back for a while tolet them sort out their issues. Great staff though. Read more
I have been disappointed by Burger King before and when I?ve complained they messed up they didn?t care. After two years I... stopped for a breakfast today. They asked me to pull around to the door to get my food after I went through drive thru. I did.20 minutes later I had to go in and my food was sitting there. They didn?t offer to make it fresh or anything. I took my foodand left. Only to find out that they made the order wrong? again. Now I?ve called 12 times and keep getting hung up on. Theyhave the worst customer service and would never recommend Burger King on 3rd Ave! I know I won?t be back. Shame on these bigbusinesses for not caring about their customers. Read more
I eat here frequently because it?s cheap as dirt and fast. You can only expect your bang for your buck, so in reality their food... is 3/5 stars. But when you?re only paying $10 or less for a meal, no complaints. Read more

Went to Burger King 3 Ave S worst service ever. Would never go back!! Ordered food online (not covid related) Was stuck behind a... truck that was allowing several cars to go ahead. I finally realized after a long time that he didn't want to be in the line up.I left & tried to go into the restaurant, but was told you have to go through the drive through so started that all over again.It took an hr to finally get to the window where the order was sitting in the open window area cold. While they got it into abag they dropped it on the floor and had to start it again. They said they would make it over, but in doing so they didn'tcomplete what was prepaid. It was missing part of the order. The burgers were not redone. They were very cold when we opened thebag after driving away. The manager was incompetent, not professional at all. Read more
