We did drive thru. Most of the order was a mistake. I love pickles but not hot on a burger. I asked to have them on the side.... They wanted to charge me $3.50 to do that. Did not get pickles on the side. Either they could not understand English or theyreally are up-charging to put 3 slices of pickle your already paying for in a .003 cent container. Read more
Went thru drive thru and there were 2 workers by the garbage bin. The proceeded inside and I was told over speaker due to... staffing issues we aren't open. The other burger king was just built and isn't open yet. Needless to say I won't be going back. Read more
Burger King was decent food was fresh service was adequate location is perfect busy and clean establishment.
Great food and service. Only gripe is they never seem to put napkins in the bag if you do not specifically ask for them. By the... time you realize this most have already left when using the drive through. While I support efforts to eliminate unnecessarywaste, a single napkin should be provided per meal by default. We stopped at this Burger King on our way through Lethbridge and we wanted to write a review to recognize a staff member that... went above and beyond. Michelle was working on the registers and we overheard her being so helpful and friendly to every singlecustomer she served. She was very patient with customers who required extra time to order. I've become frustrated with this locations lack of service. The staff that is here are very kind but every time I'm here it... takes between 15 and 40 minutes to receive my drive thru order. I am asked to park every time and there are always othercustomers waiting in the parking lot with me. Today's wait for a whopper coke and jalapeno cheddar bites took 34 minutes fromordering to receiving my order. To make things worse after already waiting 17 minutes i was told they dont have the cheese bitesand was offered a refund or something else. Again not the staffs that im blaming. The Impossible Whopper is available here! I was really excited to try it, and even happier their drive thru was built to... accommodate large vehicles. Due to COVID-19, their dining room ordering is closed, so I cannot comment on the interiorcleanliness. However, the team member we spoke to at the drive they was polite, thorough and our order was perfect. I wouldrecommend this location, and the Impossible Whopper. Read more
The food is solid and good. It's a bit messy, but that's to be expected from fast food. The employees are polite, and the... renovations they did make the place a bit nicer to dine in. I like going if I'm in the area. Read more
