Ever since the reno in this location?s kitchen the drive thru has been a total nightmare. Not on a single occasion (on busy and... slow times) have I received my food through the drive through. Typically roll through while working so it?s usually a simpleorder, but still, always sent to wait around in the front. Wish I could do zero stars. Went through the drive thru had to ask for ketchup and a straw for the drink she just handed me.... Then I get home, The drink is stale and tasted like soda water and what was supposed to be a blt chicken was some sort of overcooked thing, all fallen apart with OOZING of hot sauce. $15 dollars for a meal and its not even the meal I ordered. Call thestore and they offer nothing other than writing down my name... no number, no offer of a refund or anything. Read more

Incredibly rude staff and sub par food quality. Drive through is VERY eager to park you and forget about you until you come in... and yell at them. If you try to be kind and polite you will be ignored all day. Also on 2 separate occasions I have been servedbreakfast burritos with moldy tortillas. Avoid this place at all cost. Absolutely filthy womens bathroom. So dirty, handi cap stall had soiled diapers on floor, other stalls had no toilet paper. Only... 1 stall usable. Toilet seat was dirty I had to use Paper to clean it. I was so disgusted what staff have come to.( customerservice) Industry. Read more

Waited 25 mins for my order after paying in drive thru then watched 5 other customers drive away with theirs. Never did get my... food. Bunch of ignorant losers working at this location. Big sad. Waited 20 minutes for 3 people in line, yes the drive through was busy! However I waited this long because I was paying in cash... and not using the terminal they have to pay debit on! I even placed my order on it and went to pay at till! Food was good! Edit:this time service to the counter was quick and my food was hot!! Read more
