They will almost always park you at the drive thru because they want to keep their drive thru times low. They serve the order... off the screens before the order is even made (also to save on their times reported to head office). It's frustrating when theydo this because they almost ALWAYS mess up the order. The amount of times I've stood in the store waiting for my order whenthey've totally forgotten about making the order is ridiculous. If you ordered drive thru, make sure to check what's in yourbags before driving away. 80% of the time they made the order incorrectly. This location (5th ave n in lethbridge) sucks! The staff is cold and often rude. My orders are often wrong or missing something... like napkins or the ketchup I asked for. They look annoyed but having to come to the front register. I would rerate if servicewas better. Read more

They park you every time you go through the drive through. Even when nobody is behind you or in front of you. It is only to... boost their drive through times. It's really sad and I wish they were a more respected franchise at that location. Hopefullycorporate Mcdonalds will step in at some point. Read more

Just hit the drive-through for a coffee. Coffee is far better than Tim Horton's is. Staff were friendly and service was quick.

I ordered a burger with a rock hard bun and had an employee try to shame me into keeping it. Not sure if you realize McDonald's... but it's barely food at the best of times. How incompetent do you need to be to make a burger with a rock hard bun and thenargue with the customer about what's wrong with it. This fly filled sess pool needs a health inspector asap. Read more

I came in earlier around 210, ordered an XL coffee, got a large, when I mentioned it, I got a harsh eye roll, and she dumped the... Large into an Xl cup, filled the remaining with coffee and handed it to me. As a precious Crew trainer I know that this is notproper procedure. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name as she wasn't wearing a name tag. I'm very disappointed in her lack ofcustomer service skills. Read more

2nd time in 3 trips had to pull out front, refrained from reviewing the first time, when I had to wait for fries. This time... Mcchicken and a McDouble don't even think after the 8 minute wait in line they had the order. Another 8 minute wait out front.Not fast food at all. Read more

They mess up simple orders like ?McDouble like a mac? etc. and park way to many people at once. Then make you wait over 10... minutes in said parking spot. Clearly the manager and possibly employees need more training. Read more
