The morning staff on June 27th decided to clean their machines at 5:00 am when early morning rush comes. Never had an issue with... other morning staff on Monday mornings besides this one. They refused to make any breakfast food besides a McMuffin, so Iordered it. Once I got it, it was so burnt, had no cheese, and only one strip of bacon I didn?t even eat it! such a waste ofmoney. If I could give no stars I would. This McDonald?s used to be great. Great service, fast, and correct orders. Now whenever I... stop, the wait times are ridiculous! They never have anything ready and are always asking me to pull into a spot because they?re?waiting? for the food to cook. It?s called FAST food, not wait 15 minutes in a parking spot for someone to come out with myorder. Every time I stopped by for dollar drink days last summer, the staff never knew their own promotions. The managers shouldreally work on this with their employees. Teach everyone the promotion so the service isn?t inconsistent. I?m always remindingthe workers of their promotions. My boyfriend stopped by for their 2 for $5 mcmuffin deal. The cashier argued with him for 5minutes at the drive thru screen about how he needed a coupon for that deal. The day before he stopped in on his way to work anda different cashier confirmed the deal is still going on. Don?t recommend buying from this McDonald?s. This McDonald?s is not good. One time we went there the bathroom was dirty. There?s wet toilet paper on the wall that was... already dried off. This means it had been there a while and no staff cleaned it up. This time the Big Mac does not have anylettuces. The fish burger looks like being thrown into the box. We got the food from drive-through, so it was not mishandled onthe way. Read more
