Mom wife and I went for pitas when I was in town today, after the order was passed to whom I think is the owner, everything went... a little haywire, we needed to confirm all the items and sizes 3 times, he put cheese I never requested on mine and too muchmayo when I said a little ( was watching my fat intake). My wife's salad which was vegetarian he kept trying to add meat andwent stingy on the veggies, I really want to say he sold us a large salad and ended up with a small because it was so small.Because of all the confusion I was too busy worrying about the other orders being right I didn't end up getting what I wanted onmine. It wasn't even that busy, this use to be one of my favorite places to stop when I come down to Lethbridge and it will nowbe avoided. I had ordered to pick-up and was told it would be 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and went to their location. it was not ready... nor even started. I had to wait another 15 minutes for the 2 pitas to be made. The person was very apologetic and did notcharge me for and extra item and a drink. I returned to the office to find that both wraps were made with the wrong items inwith the requested protein. I tried calling the location back and the phone is off the hook. I understand mistakes but multiplemistakes with no way to rectify it is not acceptable. Read more

it took 30 minutes for them to make my food, i ordered a rice bowl off the menu that already had toppings and sauce with it in... attempt to get the food faster as i was on my lunch break. and then once my food was brought to the topping area the girlworking said no you have to choose the toppings and i ended up with a bland rice bowl with 1 piece of bacon and 4 pieces ofchicken on top ? for $15 Read more
