Sometimes this Pizza Hut produces God-tier pizza draped in toppings and cheese. Sometimes it delivers pizza that is 45% Crust... (pictured) and/or undercooked. Bummer. Little Caesars isn't far from here, though. Read more
Tasty pizza at a fair price. I ordered online and was given an ETA of 30 minutes. Pizza arrived 60-70 minutes later. Not what... I'm used to ordering from other local restaurants who almost always deliver on time. edit: They sent me an apology coupon byemail, so that's appreciated and earns an extra star. Read more
Just ordered a small pizza. Was told 10 15 minutes it would be ready. Came back 15 minutes later and saw that the pizza was... ready (on the screen). Sat there another 10 minutes watching the manager (I assume) and employee talk before she just casuallygrabs my pizza out of their warming oven right there the whole time. Brutal service and a shame over a little pizza you wouldchit chat over providing customer service. Was never a fan of pizza hut UNTIL this store. Ate at pizza hut a few times as a kid but our family was never pleased with the... Quality or value of the food. However this store is pretty great, often clean even when busy. My pizzas are *CONSISTANTLY* hot,impressively well topped and the correct order. The staff is extremely friendly without being fake salesman types. When notbusy, they often chat with me until my order is ready. And when *I* screwed up an online order they fixed it and apologized??THAT is service. I'm usually one to complain and rant, I am a hard to please person. Not complaints here. Read more
Good service, got my order on time and was pretty happy with it. There was a mistake on what I received but the location offered... a suitable solution with no argument. Good for lunch as well. Their pizzas can be a bit Oily/greasy on occasion though. Read more
