Apparently you must not only have money to buy their products, you must also be able to afford to drive a car, otherwise you are... not allowed to purchase their products. They close the storefront that you can go in, and leave the drive thru open, but willnot serve you unless you are in a car. Read more
I don't like giving 1 star reviews but this place absolutely deserves it. When my friend and I went here for a coffee, I ordered... my regular drink (tall pike). My friend asked what type of drink that was and the barista interrupted me to answer, "thecheapest thing we have on the menu." It was pretty humiliating and can't even imagine how it would feel for someone who did buyit because it was the cheapest item. Please treat your customers with basic human dignity regardless of the value of the itemthey buy. Read more
The barista 's can be friendly depends on who you get. My shots are always burnt though, it's not hard to make a good espresso... shot, really I was a partner for 12 years! All it really takes somebody who actually cares about what they're doing instead ofjust drawing a paycheck. I'd rather m support local and go to cuppers for my whole being an espresso beverages. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan, but a friend wanted to meet there for a visit. Peppermint hot chocolate was pretty good, but I... really wanted a nice hot orange pekoe tea (maybe it's on the Hidden menu?). Anyway, staff were friendly, service was good, andthe sitting area was fine, but all the hard surfaces and open prep area make conversing difficult at times (especially with loudcustomers!! haha). AMAZING service, these men and women are bombarded daily with orders, and not only do they get our complex coffee order right... but they do it with the best customer service. And on a side note, there was a tall girl with the most beautiful eyes, tall, andhad lighter blond/ginger hair that made my coffee who I just fell in love with ????????????? she knows who she is???? Very friendly staff this morning but super disappointed to open up my $5 latte to see at least an inch and a half of empty space... in my cup. I understand the foam settles, but this is unacceptable. ???? Won't return to this location. Read more
