Horrible service, got a lemonade and an iced coffee. This place is notorious for not giving out refunds or taking responsibility... at all. They gave me a lemonade with soda water in it and denied it having soda water at all- there were bubbles all around thecup as if it was a ginger ale and of course it tasted like lemon poured over a club soda. The regular iced coffee had nosweetener in it as well. I just threw both in the trash. Might as well leave the university to go to a different tims or getcampus coffee instead. Despite this they did receive a large order before me and that could've made them rush my order- thatshould not happen though. Read more

Mobile ordered a 6 pack of donuts. Store was sold out of donuts. Did not process a refund or offer any other possibilities.... Horrible customer service. Will not visit again. Awful. I've been to this Tims twice this year and they made errors both times. First time, I ordered a sandwich with no tomato... and got charged with extra tomatoes. Second time, I ordered a sandwich and a donut, walked away and realized they gave me thecompletely wrong donut. They're so focused on getting orders through as fast as possible that they put no emphasis on attentionto detail and/or service. This Tim Horton had a renovation over the summer and looks more modern with newer counter tops. However due to the influx of... students lining up between classes the line is long and it takes a while before you can get your order. It takes me around3-15min depending if I'm there durring a rush. Read more

Some staff are great and quick but most of the time you're waiting 20 or more minutes during the day to get food and drink.... Drinks only its usually a 5 minute wait but its the busiest restaurant on campus they need to train their staff to be moreefficient with their time. Most of the time the food and drink are good enough quality, have been given the wrong order onseveral occasions however. Best time to go is right when they open or just before close as long as you don't need a huge bakedgood selection! Read more
