I do like Tim Hortons but this specific branch needs some training for the employees. I ordered a wrap and while I was there... waiting for my order, one of them started talking to the other loudly that she doesn't like that specific wrap and she keptinsisting that she can't have that. I went here for a quick sandwich on my break. There was only one person in line before me. After I had paid they told me it... would be a 4 minute wait. After 10 minutes I asked for a refund so I wouldn't be late to get back to work. They said no, theywere starting on the sandwich. I waited another minute and then had to leave without my food. They didn't have steeped tea ready but they made it quickly and it was good and hot.

Charge 7 bucks for a wrap that's literally a half empty tortilla. Didn't communicate that they didn't have enough ingredients... prepared (which they rarely do) so instead had to deal with trying to return it, which should have been as simple as showingthem the flapping tortilla they'd just handed us, but it wasn't. Seems the staff doesn't communicate with one another welleither, not sure if they're just downtrodden, but this location could use a team building exercise or two to boost morale.There's also nothing wrong with telling a customer that you don't have what they've requested, arguably better than handing outsub par product. I've also gotten curled cream more than once, each time when a staff member checked it the bag was past due.Yicky. Read more
The staff are all awesome! They work really hard and try their best to keep up with mall rush. They do however get my staple... order wrong half the times which is a little frustrating. Also their new rewards card is a scam( atleast for me) I reached 7of 7and the lady forgot to give me my gift, the next time I purchased it became 1 of 7. I threw the card in the garbage. Overall Iappreciate the hard work they put behind helping their customers. Read more
