I will try and go elsewhere if there is time. One guy you can never understand so you don't know if he heard your order or just... guessed. Other girl sings your order back which is kinda neat but hopefully you have 2 items max or the song is over. Not thegreatest location but good thing this city had a pile of locations. Ordered online for pickup at 10PM. Drove to the location and was told the crew had gone home and it was just the night crew in.... So they didn't have all of the machines working. They told me I couldn't get my food and I'd have to ask for a refund fromCorporate. I called Corporate and they said I need to go to the store. I don't live here, I live 300km away, so I can't go tothe store to talk to the manager. I feel ripped off and hungry. $20 gone and this billion dollar corporation can't give it back.0 stars. Yikes. That about sums it up. Many, many staff ?working? yet took 20 minutes to get 2 wraps and a soup. There were also so many... flies in the restaurant that you couldn?t even eat peacefully - they were landing on the table, on your person and they were allover the windows. Several other people also took notice and commented on how many flies there were throughout the wholerestaurant. This place needs a visit from AHS and some serious cleaning/insect removal. There were so many flies inside that the server wasn't reacting to them and it determined where we sat, but we still had to eat... quick and leave it was so bad. I asked for a toasted cream cheese bagel and it was so poor it was as if the guy waved it under asun beam then spritzed it with cream cheese. Coffee tasted burnt. Service was fast I guess. Read more
If I can I would give negative stars here, went there yesterday and ordered food at about 5:17 in the morning, went inside in... fact with five of us sitting and waiting for our order to be given to us, 23 minutes later despite asking twice in between aboutour orders, the next customer walked in and ended up letting us know that our food was there where he would?ve went to pick uphis food, the food was cold and didn?t have a good experience here, not going to be back here at all. Check your coffee before leaving they only fill it part way and rip you off. You have to ask for it to be topped to full. Food... is always gross here and undercooked , they don?t pay attention to mobile orders. My husband ordered on mobile a coffee theycontinued to serve the line first and give them their food and coffee first even tho the mobile order for one coffee was placed10 mins prior and even when they were done serving the people in line we still had to remind them about the coffee. There is one guy that they put on the window and every single time they do, he cannot get one thing right. On top of that he... murmurs his entire way through an order and then just stops talking so you don't even know if your order has been taken. It'slike he turns off his headset and tries to guess the rest of your order. Seriously.... tea is not a hard thing to get right onan order... especially when its the only thing on the order ???????
