Just fantastic. I love their Jaegerschnitzel and I want that mushroom sauce on everything! My husband had the Surf n Turf and... was very happy as well. The server was very nice and attentive. We went to the first floor as we prefer a casual atmosphere. Itwas perfect and a beautiful view. I have been to the second floor as well. Let's be honest, people come here for the views (so there is a menu premium), then the food. The food though, is pretty great... for a small city and the selection is just as grand. They called it a garden salad, but it was a rocket (arugula) salad and itexceeded my expectations as the raspberry vinaigrette worked very well with it. I've come here 3 times over the past severalyears (from out of town). First was pre-pandemic, Second time, they didn't follow the AHS covid distancing restrictions the 2ndtime. I had to be a Karen for them to move the table beside us which had just come in and shoulder to shoulder distance. Thirdtime, (Aug 2022) the bartender sneezed into his hand and should have washed his hands right away. We're not done with thepandemic, and by this time, washing hands should have been the minimum. He didn't touch any of my dishes after that so whatever. The place is quite stuffy, so fresh air vents should be added, especially after the pandemic. I like my steak WELL done. I know, I know, everyone says, that's not how you eat steak. :) Well I'm paying the 40 bucks, so I... want it well done :) It was still pink when I got it, but they took it back to the kitchen and cooked it a little more. The water tower has a really great atmosphere, an upbeat place with nice decor. We loved the picora appetizer and the blood... orange medicine hat beer. The Thai lunch and chimichanga were fairly good and the pricing was reasonable. Clearly one of theplaces to be in Lethbridge, it was very busy. I recommend making a reservation in advance on a Friday night. Read more
