Pulled up to the drive through at 8:50 pm on Friday September 16th with two vehicles in front of me and tried to place an order.... I was told they have already turned the fryer?s off due to lack of staffing and we?re closing early. Wow, really in a city thesize of Levelland with a college and you don?t have any help? Very dirty. Floors & seats were sticky. Soft drink area was filthy too, spills & ice everywhere. It was lunch time but it wasn?t... busy inside at all. No excuse to be dirty. Read more
You know I love the chicken from this place and the mashed potatoes and the extra stuff that they sell but I love the chicken... with a glass of lemonade that they sell there yes I would recommend people to eat there but I miss my Church's Chicken Read more

I went to KFC tonight & was very disappointed in the food quality and service ordered 5 fill up boxes & I wanted them all extra... crispy the lady on the drive-thru said they're out of chicken I told her I would wait she said that they already turned off thefryers it was 7:05pm they close at 10pm I said it's fine she was rude at the window if she doesn't like her job she needs tofind her another one When I got home the size of my chicken legs were smaller than my salt shaker I didn't get a discount on myfood so I'd appreciate if they would give me a real normal size chicken leg not a chicken drumette, Also they forgot my cookiesin my boxes So I had no dessert to eat The next time I decide I want to eat chicken I will drive to Lubbock and go to church'schicken at least they give me full size chicken & is cheaper and the customer service is alot better. Chicken has no taste, burnt skin falling off. 3 year old size pieces of chicken. Mashed potatoes didn't have any gravy.
1 year ago I gave this place a raving 5 star review, today I took in a coupon that was delivered to every mailbox in the area,... and the girl tells me they have never had anyone bring in a coupon? She call the manager at home to figure out how to ring itup, then I was told it would be 8 minutes for original dark,, 20 minutes later I asked if my order was ready, after another 10minutes I finally got my food.
