Worst service ever. Waited over an hour for my pizza. when I asked for a refund they refused to give my money back. Saying they... don't give refunds. Finally got our pizza. got home ready to eat opened the box pizza was burnt. Should've just gone to pizzaHut. safe to say we will never order from little Caesars again. Read more
It's weird there are no longer promotional offers posted. I am not usually one to complain but 23$ for 2 pizzas and a... breadstick. I think is a bit much when little ceasers used to be an affordable option. I understand the prices going up but notlong ago these pizzas were 5$ and again nothing was posted outside for the drive through. Read more
Waited 20 minutes in line, still pulled up to the window well before the restaurant closes and they are completely out of pizza.... How does a fast food restaurant chain... Fail to provide food during business hours?? That's ridiculous. Read more
Employees in the back playing and eating food in the cooking area. Food wasn't finished till 30 minutes after it was supposed to... be according to our app. Pizzas were supposed to be the $9.99 Fanceroni, only got the normal hot n ready pepperoni. It took solong the first time, I didn't even consider going back in to get what we actually ordered. Read more

My husband ordered us a pizza online for pick up on his lunch hour it was around 2 pm. We go through drive through at the time... of pick up and lady in the window is very rude and says we need a pin# and shuts the window. After driving back through thewindow turns out all she needs is the confirmation number. There were no other customers come while we were there so I know theywere not busy. I usually over look people like this and chalk it up to she?s having a bad day but she was even more rude thesecond time through the window. The pizza was not cut all the way through. We are here at your store where we ordered three pizzas and crazy bread. The lady told my husband to Come back through the drive... through so he did. She opens the window and asks him if he needs soMething else. He said no you told me to go back through thedrive through. She then tells us there will be a wait and closes the window. Then she sends a male employee to tell us we needto wait out front. Now that?s not cool. We were not being argumentative. If she had been more clear with her communication wewould have parked. We thought it was odd that she asked us to drive back through but we did exactly what she asked and we werefaced with an attitude. This location has really went down hill quickly. Why promote hot and ready when you still have to wait 20-30 mins this location never has anything ready and the wait is... ridiculous, not to mention prices are way to expensive, might as well eat at Pizza Hut Read more
