Restaurant was not super full, but we waited 15 minutes. Asked for a passing waitress to help us. She stopped, sort of silently... sigh and rolled her eyes. Food was great. Service was great until we got our food. Took almost half an hour after we were done eating to come and ask if... we wanted the bill. We had wanted dessert but didn't want to risk waiting another hour so we just got the bill. Read more
Waited 40 minutes. Finally served with an apology and "free dessert" because of slow service because they were "so busy... tonight." Except in a restaurant that advertises 400 seats, I counted exactly 11 customers. My $38 steak arrived tepid, and thatwas OK, except I didn't have a fork or a napkin. Some time later when I was asked for the umpteenth time, "Is everythingperfect?" I answered, "No, I really need a fork." The answer was, "We are so busy, I'm terribly sorry." For the first time in my71 years , I stiffed a server. I feel terrible about that, but I was asked if everything was "perfect" just one too many times,and it was the only option I had for posting a civil complaint. (The manager who offered free dessert at the start hadconveniently disappeared.) Customer service? Zero. Food? OK if you don't mind cold steak.
