Sunday evening 1:30 pm, we ordered two pokebowls. We are told it wouldn't be ready til 7 so ok we placed order anyway. I called... arround 6h30 to confirm and asked if we could use coupons, the employee told us sorry the order won't be ready on time and shewasn't sure when it would be ready. Upon arrival there is one girl working alone at a messy counter and clients who look tiredof waiting arround. I ask about the order and get an unclear evasive answer by an employee who looked overwhelmed. I actuallyfelt bad for her, she looked frazzled, overworked and had a cut finger.
