Incredibly inconsistent. I'm not sure what's going on with them recently but portions are all over- they range from average to... tiny. Last visit I had to wait 25 minutes after my order pickup time to receive my order, and they hadn't even started makingit. I ordered an extra burrito while I was in the location waiting and when adding the protein they scraped the bottom of theempty container and rather than grab a new one to give a proper scoop of meat they moved onto the rest and left it at that.Apologies were offered but not much more than that. It's ok. Sometimes you get the right amount of portions and other times you don't, not consistent. Update: Portions have gotten... so small it's a joke now. They even screwed up my order and didn't even include a protein. Can't even get a refund becausestores don't do that anymore. I guess that's how these big corporations make their money. Never coming back! Second update:Tried this location a second time. Ordered 3 burritos and they're a joke. Literally a tablespoon of meat in each and missingingredients. I went into this Chipotle to get myself a regular bowl at night. But for some reason I was waiting too long while there was no... one in front of me in line the employees were just standing around & looking at each other of who would take the customer(me).One of the ladies approached started to take my order. There were a lot of things missing they had no beans, no guacamole, nocorn. It was disappointing at a point that so many things were missing & my bowl was not even full.. just very disappointing & Idon?t think I would be coming back here again. Read more
They gave about 3 pieces of meat and a gallon of lettuce. They shook the tacos box; sour cream everywhere!!! The chips were... heavily lacking in flavor. The worker was slamming ice into the soda machine for 30 minutes straight and to top it all off thewater cups had sprite in them. Go find a different chipotle in the area. Don?t come here!! To start off, I?ve been a regular chipotle customer at this particular location for over 5 years. They have always been a 5 star... restaurant in my book, but in the past 6 months or so, customer satisfaction has gone way down, while the prices have continuedto go up. I use the online ordering service regularly, and lately my bowl has been halfway filled every time. I reached out tocustomer service who sent me a BOGO coupon code in which I used at the Wantagh, NY location. Wantagh did not disappoint! Thebowl was densely packed and heavy. The customer service agent said that he would be sending correspondence to the Levittownmanager to make sure that the staff would be notified of this ongoing issue. Just yesterday I visited the Levittown locationonce again because I wanted to see how they improved in the past week. Once again, same thing? a bowl halfway filled. At thispoint, I have decided to no longer do business with this chipotle location. I hope someone in charge will see this and make thenecessary improvements. Read more
