Ordered an MM blizzard at 9:08. At 9:23 I went up to ask about my order, 167 after hearing higher number orders. The girl asked... for my ice cream and it was finally made. However it was pretty liquid and only MMs on top, the bottom half was only ice creamand again, melted. First and last time at a DQ if that what you?re standing behind. Horrific service. Read more
I ordered on the mobile app 4 blizzards, simple enough task. Ended up waiting 45 minutes while other customers came and went.... Repeatedly inquired about my order only to be told it was being worked on - but guess what?! No one was in fact working on it.Meanwhile, other customers are asking for refunds and returning melted cones. Finally got my half melted blizzards, after askingfor the 5th time, and they didn?t even make them right. Don't come here unless you want to waste time and be totallydisrespected. Read more
Walking in the door, we noticed how greasy the floor was. My elderly friend slid and I had to help her to the table, slipping on... the floor the whole way. I ordered and the counter person started getting the food ready. I was the only person in line at thetime. She put my 2 orders of fries and a chicken finger basket (with fries in it) in the prep area while she waited for ourburgers. 15 min later she?s just putting the burgers in the bag and adds the fries that had been sitting out over 12 min at thattime. I asked if she could replace them with hot fries since they were sitting there so long. The person cooking said ?oh theywere out too long?? And starts making me new fries. In all it took way over 20 minutes to get fresh food and I?m not sure howit?s possible, but the fries were cold when I got to the table. At that point we only ate the burgers because everything elsewas cold. Will not be coming back to this location. *the burgers were delicious but the overall experience was so disappointing. Read more
This place is a disaster! It's absolutely filthy inside. Greasy floors. Dirty counters. Soda machine looks like it's never been... cleaned! On top of that, I ordered 2 burgers, fries and a Coke and 25 minutes later I had no food. It's like Romper Room inthere. All the employees are joking, laughing and having a great time while customers wait for food. I couldn't even tell whothe manager was. I WILL NEVER GO TO DQ'S AGAIN!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT! Hey Mr./Ms. Owner: Youbetter get this place under control before you lose your business. Well to start of Dairy Queen should stick to what is know for serving milkshake and sundaes. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo... with onion rings with a drink. I want to dine in but all the tables seem to be half clean and the floor. Also someone wassleeping in the back end of the restaurant.(maybe a worker). So when the cashier gave me order she forgot to give me my drink.My chicken sandwich had a bitter ???? taste (I assume the cooking oil was not fresh) and the onion rings was a little oily. Terrible customer service experience. You guys need to get a WHOLE new staff. While there was a line of 10 cars in drive thru me... and my husband just wanted ice cream so went inside thought it would be quicker. It took them 35 minutes to get me a cheesecakeblizzard?? 35 minutes for an ice cream. I understand there were other customers before us and it was busy but the ridiculousthing about this is while everyone was waiting for there orders the staff sat there on there phones talking and when they sawone of there friends come in took there order right away and made there food. Ordered 2, 6 piece chicken strip baskets. I guess Theyre on austerity, I Got about 16 French fries between 2 baskets to feed 2... hungry boys. This is the first time this happened but it was pathetic. Really, can I get done fries with that?! $25 order smh Read more
They changed the peanut buster parfait. It's smaller. They used crushed nuts instead of whole salty ones. They don't even look... like the pic on the menu board. When returning it for a refund, was told by and employee that is how they were trained to makeit...smh. Y'all running low on supplies?! Should have taken a pic of it. You would laugh. Read more
