Terrible customer service. Half of the delivery order was not sent. I never leave reviews but I felt the need to after I was... lied to by whoever was on the phone and told that the items were never on the order to begin with. I have the receipts fromDoorDash to prove this is untrue. Good thing I can dispute charges through DoorDash because whoever I spoke to said “it’stoo late for us to send them to you anyway” and hung up the phone. Will never come again. Read more

3 out of 4 meals were good, very empty( just us and another table)on a Thursday night... why? The penne ala vodka w/grilled... chicken was not edible, left behind yet server did not remove from check, that was odd. No apologies, just stated it was a verypopular dish! Use to love this place. It has gone downhill a bit. I was in today around 11:30 ordered a deep dish chicken vodka slice and a... slice of Sicilian. Sicilian was good but the vodka slice was left over from yesterday. Not cool when you charge $6 for thatslice. Read more

I’m a business owner, customer service is most important. My wife ordered food which included soup. It fell through the bottom... of the bag all over me and burnt my stomach and legs. We were upset but mistakes happen. The cover for the soup container wasnot on all the way and the steam made the bag weak and boom soup on stomach and lap. We called the restaurant to kindly ask ifthey could send out another soup and the manager yelled at my wife told her that it was impossible for their food to burn anyonethat all they can do is credit us in the future (we’ll never go there again anyway) and wouldn’t allow her a moment tospeak. If you’re going to be in the service industry, service needs to come first. Really disappointed in this place andwon’t send our business there anymore. Read more

Food was good. What I did not respect was the bald guy in the front having a nasty rude and impatient attitude. Because the... color of my skin I guess he thought it would be fine to try talk to me in Spanish, while being rude, when I spoke to him perfectin English . Not sure if he was trying to be funny but, that made me extremely annoyed. Calling someone (buddy) without knowingwho the person is, is also disrespectful. He should be careful the way he approaches customers. Next time It won’t be takenlightly. The least he could of done was put napkins on my tray when I was served but didn’t. When asked at the end he gave mea rude attitude as well. I felt uncomfortable eating here, yet stayed because I knew it would boil his skin. Like I stated, foodwas good, but service was horrible. I don’t write reviews very often, but the service I experienced my first time ordering from this restaurant was so bad that I... needed to leave this review. The food is ok, lower end “pizza place” quality. The customer service, however, is so poor thatI hope this review deters anyone considering placing an order. I ignored the negative reviews myself, and definitely regretit. I placed an Uber eats order, and more than half of it did not arrive. I called the driver first, and he said he was onlyhanded one bag. When I called the restaurant, they insisted we get a credit and that they were unable to deliver more than halfof my 35 dollar order. After going back and forth, the employee on the phone proceeded to hang up on me. I called back, andstill never received any kind of dinner. If you’re considering Italian or just a pleasant conversation with employees, this isnot the place. Read more
