No staff 2-3 workers 4 workers tops. That means its ridiculously slow. Nice people though. There is 1 girl that likes to tell... you about yourself while she's watching you on camera. Its disturbing actually. Read more
The worst fast food experience I have ever had. Waited 17 minutes for 1 meal only to be told they ran out of roast beef after I... already paid. Then waited 5 more minutes to get a refund. The employees were so slow & no apology. Avoid this Arby's wheneveryou can. Read more
Today was my first time ever ordering from Arby's and will be my LAST! What a waist of $13.43. Food was terrible! The chicken... tasted old and dry and the fries were hard and overcooked. We did not enjoy it al all. I was really disappointed but I guessthat why it was always empty everytime I drove by. The guy that took my order was very nice though nicer than Chick-fil-A. YeahChick-fil-A chicken is way better. FYI my 8 year old hated the food! Read more
Horrible customer service this was the third or forth time I experienced absolutely horrible customer service! One of the times... I went there they told me they couldn?t take my order because they were closing early (btw they were closing almost an hourearly) but now at this point I had already been in the store and in line they did say that they?d be taking the people in linein front of me as the last customers. I couldn?t believe they treated me that way. Another time I experienced absolutelyhorrible service or lack there of I went through the drive-through after waiting for a very long time I got to the ordering menuand everything I asked for they said they didn?t have so I actually couldn?t order any food. on my trip there today they onceagain said that they do not sell items that are clearly listed on the menu for sale, they also said the menu price was wrongwhen I asked to order the 2 for $6.00 the guy said it is actually 2 for $7.00 (with a really nasty attitude) and said they onlyhave one of the options out of the 4 listed so then I asked for something different and he said no we don?t have that. With allof that being said i would conclude that the Levittown Arby?s is absolutely horrible i do not recommend eating there! Read more
It's Arby's, the food is on par with what you're going to get at any other Arby's. BUT, I'm here to tell you that if you can go... through the drive-thru instead of eating in, DO IT! Unfortunately at least a few of the workers had to bring their kids intowork with them (I don't blame them, it's not their fault we live in a capitalist hellscape without affordable child care). This,however, has caused the dining room to take on the feel of a daycare more than a restaurant and the kids were running around andscreaming the entire time I was there (there were 7 or 8 kids, I'm not sure, I couldn't count as they ran amok through thestore). Frankly, this review is as much about the fact that Arby's doesn't care about their workers enough to pay them enough toafford child care as it is about this particular franchise. I have no qualms with the food here and have no ill will toward theindividual workers, but the dining experience was just really bad because of the screaming children. Read more
Super awesome experience! the workers seemed very excited to serve and were all having a great time. no negative atmosphere and... super friendly and cooperative with us. They accidentally made the wrong milkshake and upgraded us for free. We forgot to gether name but the red haired women was so nice, she seemed to be the manager and was overly helpful in getting our orders. Justgreat experience and food was great too. :) Read more
