BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!: I had a mobile order and i was in the inside lobby area. I told the worker the name of order and said... i will wait on the side untill its called. 10 mins later this guy comes from the back and said hes not giving anything and to gosit in the drivethru. I said i was already in here and iam waiting for my order. He verbally chased me out the door and lockedme out in the pouring rain. He said he doesnt care and walked off. I didnt get the order i came for and you can see how thedrivethu is with one lane. And you can see it was raining. This place needs to have all new workers and fire the ones in placenow. Read more
So i guess the employees here dont know how to read. I asked for a double burger with cheese and low and be hold no cheese... again. The fries were cold and and so was the burger..I also asked for a lg vanilla milkshake and received a kids milkshakeinstead. Plus asked for strewberry and received vanilla instead. Thank God I didn't give it to my granddaughter cos she wouldbreak out in hives... I understand that it is fast food but maybe they should take the time to listen instead of rushingthrought the order... Extremely long wait time. Food order was incomplete. I got charged twice for one item. No apology. Medium fries and small fries... are the same exact size for more money. They didn't even fill up the fry container. Read more
Waiting over 40 mins for delivery because the driver has to wait in drive thru line to pick up a delivery order. You should have... a side door for drivers to pick up orders. Food is always good, but need to change procedures on your delivery drivers. Read more

Went through the drive through and the cashiers had no idea how to apply the coupons I had that were from BK, and had directions... on how to enter them in written clearly at the bottom. After holding the line up for two minutes longer than necessary I gave upand spent $11 on a chicken sandwich meal. It was tasty and fresh at least, so maybe just don't try using coupons during thedinner rush. Read more
