Just went through the drive through today at 2pm. Only 1 car was in line so it wasn't busy. There were at least 5 people... working, so not a personel issue. We ordered 1 whopper meal, 1 4 piece kids meal, and 2 chicken sandwiches. Immediately therewas an issue and we had to wait for 10 minutes in the drive through to pay while they redid our transaction because they made amistake. That was not a huge deal to us, we know mistakes happen. But then they handed us a kids meal with no chicken nuggets.We nicely told them and they added them to the bag. When I got home there were only 3 nuggets and her fries were ice cold. Notroom temperature - ice cold. My whopper was cold. My boyfriend's cheese on his sandwiches was not even melted. So disappointedto spend 30 dollars on cold bag of mediocrity. Read more
Awful. Absolutely awful. Do not go here. They steal your money by not giving you what you ordered and payed for. They take... forever just to acknowledge you at the drive thru. I ordered cookies and never got them. Awful Read more

During my most recent visit to this location, I had a very unfair experience. I was visiting this Burger King with a medium... group of friends after school. We ordered food and we were paying customers for several orders. Most of us spent our visitsitting at the tables in the children?s/play area. We were there for a few hours continuously ordering food, doing homework, andhanging out. During our time here, a few of my friends that I did not arrive at the Burger King with were inside of the playsetand were told by an employee to get off. They immediately complied and did not enter it again after this. At one point where wewould have been getting ready to leave soon, we were confronted by an employee we believe to be named ?Marmony? forcing us toleave the Burger King because ?we were too old to be on the playset?. At this time, none of us were on the playset or causingany commotion. One of our friend?s younger brothers was sitting down on an object attached to the playset, which is whatprovoked this employee to kick us out. After she explained that anybody 12 and under could not enter the playset, we explainedthat our friend was of this age and she refused to listen to proceeded to make us leave. Read more
During the state wide social distancing order we have been branching out and trying places we haven't been to before. I have... had Burger King in the past but I am not a regular customer at all. I wanted to try this location as it is close to my home andthey were offering 2 free kids meals with purchase which I couldn't pass up with having 2 hungry boys. The app is veryintuitive. Easy to add the offers to my order and easy to customize every item I ordered. Pickup is just as simple with justhaving to provide the order number in the drive thru. We were all really impressed with the quality of the food as well. If wedo get Fast Food we usually go to the one with the arches for the kids. The food at BK was much better from a visual and tastestandpoint. What you order looks like the picture. The spicy chicken sandwich was amazing as well. Just enough spice to getyour mouth watering. I was very impressed. My wife was happy they had shakes as well with many different options available aswell. We have since ordered again and it was just as good as the first time. One of the newer models, this BK has allot to offer. Very nice staff. There is a playground here, so expect allot of kids.... Dinner hour can also present a challenge also, as it can get very busy. The burgers are worth the wait though. Read more
Went thru the drive for whopper Wednesday. First off the person in drive thru wasn't paying attention because I had to keep... repeating my order. Then never told us our total. Get to pickup window realized he rung up the order his way instead of what Iask for. Which resulted in a higher price. If fast good workers are not going to listen and rush you through the order then youdon't deserve $15. 00. To have a job is to do it right every time.
