I usually get my coffee at Dunkin' in the Bensalem area but I was in the levittown area so I stop by this store. Apparently I... should have read the reviews before getting my coffee. They were very chintzy with the cold foam and my cold brew was extremelywatered down! Worst coffee I've ever had from Dunkin. Someone needs to come in and do some quality control!!! Do not go here. They overcharge and steal from customers. I?ve only been there twice and both times was charged more than double... for my order. They do not give receipts. Called corporate and the manager said it was a mistake and the bad reviews on here arelies, however, it happened to me both times i?ve been there so obviously not a mistake. ????DO NOT GO HERE ???? THE LADY AT THE WINDOW WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EXTRA THINGS THAT YOU DID NOT ORDER. I ordered a small iced... coffee and nothing else. I pulled up to the window and the lady just sticks her hand out without saying any price and I justproceeded to hand her my card. When I checked my bank statement she charged me $6 for one small iced coffee. Never give a receipt for your order and always over charge you. I ordered a wake up wrap before and it was charged as a... sandwich, I asked for a receipt because I knew the price couldn?t be right and she immediately knew what she did before she gaveme the receipt I asked for. It?s always the one older lady with glasses. Everytime she rings me up, it always cost more than itdid the last I went (when I was rung up by someone else) and I usually get the same things so I have an idea of the prices. Shewill overcharge you for everything, she charged me for whipped cream on my iced latte when they already come with free whippedcream. Cooperate tried to argue that every Dunkin have different price and policies but I told them, when you order from the appat the same location, they don?t charge for all the extra fees that already is included in the drink and if that was the case,she never asked if I wanted whipped cream ( maybe because it already come with the drink). I usually use my app to pay for mystuff but I was short so she told me I owe $1.50 then after I left, I checked my bank account since it was the same lady and shecharged me $4.24 which is not a lot but why do I always have to overpay everytime I go there. It?s so frustrating! Also theynever give bags, I don?t understand why? They will literally had you your food(s) in the small bag your food is placed in, evenif it more than one item without any napkin! i hope this place never opens back up again. they constantly steal from people and get away with it. just found out they don?t... even have decaf coffee when ive been ordering it and having constant anxiety bc im super sensitive AND PREGNANT. honestly thisplace should be held accountable for all the money they have stolen. and just to be clear it is not the night shift. it?s themorning shift especially the lady who wears glasses & takes payment. charged me 15 dollars for an 8 dollar order.
