This Dunkin location is just not very good. They're constantly out of things (which I'm still able to order on the app ahead of... time, only to find out at the window), and they mess up our order half the time. Not the cleanest facility as far as the outsidegoes either. Read more
Very dissapointing i went through the first time with my mom ordered. A iced machiato with 3 pumps of french vanilla thats not... to hard i worked at a dunkin. They got it wrong not a big deal i went back through told them they messed up they said they wouldremake it, then i get it again, And when it comes out it looks super watery, They used skim milk instead of regular milk, Itsnot seriously that hard, i called told them how terrible they were wrote a email to the owner, And i havent been back since. andi will make sure that no one i know ever goes to this dunkin. Let's face it, this Dunkin' is in a horrible location. Drive thru line is constantly out in the road. Then you get the idiots... trying to make a left onto Woodbourne Road even though it says no left turn. Read more

Sometimes coffee is weak. Young blonde girl with tattoo on left side of neck by her ear is always helpful and pleasant.
Order 2 coffees and you can barely taste the flavor I asked for. Floors and table and donut case are trashed. Dunkin you are not... what you use to be your nothing but trash now. Read more
