I usually love Panera Bread, but I have to say I was quite unhappy with my experience the other day at this location. I went up... to the counter and was greeted quite unkindly by a woman who, if I remember correctly, was named Andrea. She had zero costumerservice skills and even went as far as saying that she would rather be anywhere else then having to deal with annoying customersall day. If that was all that happened I wouldn?t be writing this review. The real kicker is that when I went to order a secondsandwich, she proceeded to say ?do you really need that?? I was beyond appalled. I am not the kind of person who would cause ascene in public, so I simply responded that it was for my boyfriend and did not speak for the rest of the interaction. Panera,maybe you should look into who you?re hiring. Clearly this woman is insecure with herself and takes it out on others. Sad. Read more
Overpriced and the quality of the food rarely comes close to making up for it. I don't care that my chicken is antibiotic free... if it looks translucent and tastes like slimy week old store bought lunch meat. Haven't had them in a while and decided to get asalad today thinking maybe they got better but no chicken was same was above plus I got a hair free of charge with mynot-even-close-to-being-worth-the-$15-I-paid salad. Went in to Langhorne Panera Bread at 7:33 to get food I got food to dine in they put it in a to-go bag was told I had nine... minutes until they close but they weren't kicking me out. They forgot to put my hummus on my Mediterranean sandwich and theyalso forgot to give our chips I had to go up and get it sat down to eat then a manager a woman blonde hair told us that we hadto leave that they are closed. Pretty nice Panera. The kids mac and broccoli was good. My daughter loves it. Strawberry and Peach Smoothie was okay. I had a ... apple fuji salad it look great but the lettuce was old. They gave me a new one same issue, I just left it alone did not botherto ask for a new one. But I did let the manager know. She was really nice she offered a refund I declined or a pastry Ideclined. We have gone to this Panera's Bread just a few times as we live out of state and don't get up to this area a lot. Both times,... we purchased Pumpkin muffins and both times, they weren't cooked all of the way through. We purchased a blueberry muffin andthat was fine. I wouldn't get pumpkin muffins from them again. Read more
