Usually my experience is fine but today I ordered a pizza, cheese sticks and wings and they forgot the pizza. When I called they... said the order would come once the driver came back. I waited about 20 minutes (they?re only 5 minutes away from me) and calledagain, they said he was on his way. I called again after another 10-15 minutes and they said there wasn?t a delivery driver . I liked the pizza. And my wings were saucy ???? so even though I ordered an extra hot sauce, I didn't have to use it.
The food is the normal Papa John's quality as it should be when it's done right and fresh. Also this location is severely under... staffed with there only being 1 employee in the whole entire store, which happened to be the manager. Which this manager worksextremely hard and is doing the task of two or three different employees. This manager definitely deserves a promotion as he'sworking great, hard, efficient, fast and having no days off either. Read more
Have not been here in years, ordered on line said 45 min. 1 hour and 15 minutes I'm still here waiting for it. I get short... staffed but seriously only 3 people on the floor. IF I could rate this place half a star, I would. For an hour and 30 minutes we have been trying to contact Papa John's to order... a pizza. And they are always answering with a commercial that lasts about a long time and it is endless. We tried for one hourand they didn't answer. Chained businesses like Papa John's are complete BS, we don't have anything cooked in our house so wehave to order something else now. Papa John's needs to do better and hire better workers and remove those commercials. I ordereda large stuffed crust pizza they gave me a small pineapple bacon pizza. I mean, we spoke to the manager and he didn't doanything! PAPA JOHN'S is a fake and I would rate pizza at a bowling place better and with better service. Cashier literally just stared at me when I walked in. I tell her I was there for a pick up order and I give her my name. I asked... for garlic sauce and she rolled her eyes at me. She said the total price which was the only thing she said the entiretransaction. I said thank you and left. Order a large stuffed crust plain that looked like a small pizza from a typical pizza place. Chesse bread was burnt and... jalapeño popper bread absolutely disgusting. Spent 40.00.
