They were smoking pot behind the dumpsters while I was waiting in line at the drive thru, on top of me paying for two meals in... which I received two jr spicy chicken sandwiches that was neither order. Staff in drive thru is arrogant as hell, last time I went threw mid paying cashier walked out the back door to a car that pulled... up to get something off em. Inside is always a mess, rarely a clean table or soda area. Managers don't care, ordering inside orout doesn't matter takes forever. Have seen fights between staff break out from cursing each other out, to throwing a rock ateach other. Corporate doesn't care. Just best to stay the hell away. Or go to Langhorne one. Read more

Would be 5 stars, if dining room was cleaned, condiment area empty and dirty, water on floor by soda machine. Dirty tables... throughout. Service a little slow, no sense of urgency. Now food was absolutely amazing, was hot. New honey chicken was great.Fries were fresh and hot. Was not busy when I came in. But did get busier. Still no one to clean dining room or stock it. Since March of 2020 I have been going to this Wendy's restaurant. I have been getting the breakfast here exclusively about twice... a month on the weekends. I will have to say it is awesome. The breakfast baconator is my sandwich of choice but the chickensandwiches are really good too. The really exciting menu item for me is the seasoned potatoes. I always upgrade to a largejust to get more potatoes. My son loves them as well and he gets seasoned potatoes exclusively. I really like the mobile app aswell because it is one of the easiest to use and they offer lots of free items, offers and now rewards where the more you orderyou earn points to redeem for menu items. I do usually have to wait for my order as the seasoned potatoes are the limiting itemespecially when they need to fill 2 large orders. It is worth the wait. I must also say the crew is usually very friendly inthe mornings and always thank me for doing business with them. Read more
As far as fast food goes, this is one of the worst spots I've been to. They're constantly out of different menu items. They... consistently get your order wrong. It's almost a guarantee you're going to spend 20min in the drive thru even if there's only acouple cars there. It doesn't make any sense.
