Ordered online and when I picked you could tell it was sitting there a bit. Fries were little pieces and soggy. Burger was cold... and bacon was so hard I almost broke a tooth. I ordered a meal and they forgot my bbq sauce, my straw, AND my fries. The sandwich I ordered, I asked for no tomato, but they... put it on there anyway. I also ordered a bourbon bacon burger and they gave me another chicken sandwich instead. Read more
My wife and I ate there today and the fries were cold my burger was Luke warm at best. My wife's chicken sandwich was cold. No... ketchup in the dispenser. This was at 12 noon and it was empty. Read more
If you don?t mind waiting 30 mins in line then this is your Wendy?s. I feel bad for the employees because they are always short... staffed. The franchise owner should fix this problem, it?s been going on for years. After waiting for 25 mins with only 2 carsahead of me, it?s time to finally write a review. Plus once you get in the car line you?re stuck - there?s no getting out. SMH.. If you?re not going to fix your staff shortage issue, close the drive through or sell this franchise. Read more
This Wendy?s closed for a while and then reopened. It should have stayed closed. My husband went out to get us some lunch and... came back with a baked potato with cheese and bacon,2 double cheeseburgers plain, and nuggets with an ice tea. The potatodidn?t have the bacon, the cheese burgers had all the fixings on them and the nuggets were cold. Oh and they didn?t give us thehoney mustard sauce for the nuggets. My husband almost ate a black bread bag clip less than a week after he had oral surgery. I got an I'm sorry over the phone along... with yes that's exactly what was in the burger and the offer of a free meal. Where do I even begin: First off, the chick running the front counter was personality-free, not to mention rude. Second, their... scanner was broken, so I couldn?t earn points in the app (they still let me use a coupon in the app, by inputting the discountin the register manually without using my app), which sucked because I have a lot of points. ???????????? This a terrible location. Years ago I found a bug in my fries and they apologized when I brought it up to their attention. But I... decided to not return for awhile.
