What a great addition to the Lewes area! And it's late night too! We had the Fried Tofu appetizer, Bushi Roll, Lewes Roll and... Lincoln Roll all of them were marvelous, from rice to fish and toppings it was a great experience, a simple menu yet itsatisfied all our needs. Nice location and ambiance,located in Lewes close to the canal waterfront and in the downtown. The food was fresh, unique and... tasty. I wouldl definitely go here again. The music is also very contemporary and enjoyable. My only comment that the sushichef needs to be more more flexible in making and pricing custom orders instead of following the set menu.
