Hands down the worst location, they make the Jets franchise look bad. It?s been a year and a half since we ordered because they... forgot to make our order at lunch time on a Wednesday (ended up giving us the pizza for free). Gave it a second try and theyforgot to make half our order. We ended up with a half baked pizza and one that had been sitting out 20 mins since being cooked.Kid offered me a free soda, I declined and said I just want to get my pizza. No way this is the same staff after all that time.This has to be a regular occurrence for this location. Find new management or new owners. Read more
Owner , won?t call you back if you have a issue , Wrong pizza delivered to my house - over an hour late - ice cold . Multiple... calls made as an attempt to resolve this issue and the owner has not called back. Skip this location , as the staff will blame ufor all errors and not try and help resolve anything ! I ordered pizza today from this store and went to pick it up . It was raining and i had baby in the car . I called in the store... and request if they can pass me outside but on the call, i didn't catch the name but i think jack or something like picked upthe call and rudely replied get your pizza from the counter and hung up the call . What is that ? why so much of rudeness . Ifyou don't want to bring outside that is fine but please be more polite . I am their regular customer but after today , i willnever get pizza from this store because of the rude and bad behavior with the customer . Jet's Pizza , please try to hire morepolite staff. So I tried the text to order feature. Everything went okay, until they returned my text to confirm and say it would be 45... minutes. A hour and a half later I was brought the wrong cold pizza. Looks like I?ll be trying other options in the future. ???? Read more
Jets is always good pizza. I used to prefer the deep dish years ago but these days I'm more hand toss or thin style and jets... does all of them well. Join their mailing list and they'll send you coupons, upto 40% off every now and then. The boneless wingsare meaty too. Haven't tried any other sides. Read more
