Decided to take the kids to Subway to get some sandwiches on the way home after wrestling practice tonight. Little did I know... that the Google maps direct me to the closest Subway which happened to be inside a Walmart supercenter. This will not be myfirst choice I?d rather go to a standalone restaurant for a little bit of environment but we made the best of it. Overall I?mgonna say you know this is a good subway I?ve seen smaller and I?ve seen nicer but this has all the standard selections thatyou?ve come to expect. There was a very mild English barrier with the gentleman serving us but we managed to get through thatpressed on and he got her order exactly right. Pulling all I give this one and a half thumbs up the environment you?re sittinghere looking out into the Walmart entrance which is never really good especially if you?re looking to eat dinner rather thanlook at people. The guy who himself is not American who is racist, telling me they don?t serve mushrooms as toppings in Subways! I had to tell... him that this is not my first time in subway, in his own language. I am appalled at what I received when I ordered my food from this subway. They purposely put NOTHING on my sandwich even though... I had asked for 10 items on it. It?s impossible to miss ?accidentally? that many items. It was purposeful. On top of that, myhusband has ZERO lettuce in his salad. How do you make a salad with no lettuce?? Again, purposeful. This is one of the worst Subway location that I have been to. I went to this location today and waited for almost 10 minutes... since no one was present at the counter. After some one came to help me I requested a six inch Italian herbs and cheese and theperson gave me the one which was sitting outside since I was waiting in the line. When requested for a new one since it wassitting outside for a long time the person didn?t even offer and said very rudely that I have to take what he gives!! Extremelyrude and unacceptable behavior. I stopped into this SUBWAY on December 23, 2013. I had just fallen asleep while driving south on U.S. 23, crossed the median... and two lanes of traffic without damage to any person or property. I was wearing my hat showing my service in the Vietnam War. The young lady behind the counter. Thanked me for my service and proceeded to take my order. Her co-worker joined her and wasabout to ring up the sale when the young lady said that she was paying for my purchase. I was so overwhelmed by both the recentcar incident and this act of generosity and kindness, I failed to get the name of the young lady. I can say that her beauty isonly exceeded by her kindness and generosity. Never before have I had a day like December 23, 2013. Read more
