guacamole here is always in full avocado pieces, they could be doing a better job at smashing it up nicely. but they are usually... generous with the amount of food they give during in store purchases. however, my doordash orders always arrive very poorly andsometimes even forget some of the products i have ordered. otherwise, a normal basic chipotle experience with good customerservice. I was met by a very kind, polite man at the counter. He was very generous with filling my chicken bowl that I got! I thought he... wasn't gonna get everything into it! I've came here other times and left with a three quarter full bowl, not this time tho. Thisemployee deserves a bonus!!! Read more

This place isnt bad. I got the bowl and i wanted to try the new steak but couldnt because you could only order online which ive... never heard or seen that to be the only way to get it so yeah was dissapointed. Wasnt too bad of a place. A lot of the fountainsodas were out of syrup and the special drinks were 95% depleted which also sucked. My bowl was okay. I love their spicy salsawhich had a small kick but didnt overpower the overall bowl. A good portion of the chips i got were stale and chewy which alsosucked. Dirty tables but at least they give you trays to eat on. Maybe i will try again another time and update my scoring butuntil then this place is mediocre at best. Read more

By far the smallest portions I've ever seen from a Chipotle. These workers dish that stuff out like they trying to save some for... themselves! Definitely need to do something about it! The bowls run like $10 and they come literally like half full.. Read more

I placed an online order for pickup. I walked in and said I'm picking up an online order. The server said okay, it will just be... a few minutes. Then he takes the girl's order that walked in behind me. Then he takes another woman's order that walked inbehind the first woman. He fixed both of their orders AND THEN fixed mine. My order was suppose to be ready by 7:30pm, it wasn'tready until 7:44pm. I am a reasonable person but to do something like that and not explain why or apologize is unacceptable.Good customer service is the key to keeping customers coming back. Customers are SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY when theypatronize any establishment and good customer service should be offered automatically. Read more

First of all, LOVE Chipotle and its mission statement. Food is great, people are friendly, no qualms whatsoever there. The issue... it would seem is this location specifically. Order inaccuracies for pick-up, foreign items in food (part of a plastic bag), aswell as consistently being understaffed and late on orders placed online, somebody needs to save this branch. It has incrediblepotential but needs a strong change in direction. Read more

Ordered a Pollo asado bowl from here via Grubhub. See photo for what was delivered. Bowl was nearly empty and had a total of 7... pieces of chicken in it. Was also ice cold when I got it, but that's probably because the Grubhub app chose the Chipotle thats10 miles away versus the one thats only 2 miles away. Pretty pathetic for 12 dollars. Read more
