This is now the 4th time I've ordered here and the service absolutely sucks!!!! Today we ordered online to avoid the usual... rudeness with 3, possibly 4 staff members and not one of the greeted us when we walked in...we stood there for several minuteswaiting for out order which was already sitting on a shelf across the store....nobody asked to help us while we stood therewaiting....new to online ordering so we didn't know where they put finished orders or anything...husband's cheesesteak was coldtill he got to eat it...very inappropriate customer service for a place we spent a decent amount of money at when we order!!!!NOT HAPPY AT ALL Read more
So every time I go visit my Mom, she requests Jersey Mike's Italian (#13). I get the chicken cheesesteak myself. It's worth... every penny on both counts. There's always a line and the staff works diligently to make every order exact. It's not becausethey're slow, it's because their works of art (subs) are worth waiting for because they're freshly made-to-order and simply thatdelicious!! Read more
