Staffs could have been bit friendlier. I waited in the order lane inside store and couple of staffs walks around, worked for at... least a min without notifying us that we will be attended. I was little confused whether we will be served or only drivethrough. Ordered 2 extra hot cappuccino , one was perfect and other was regular hot (?). As a location is perfectly placed ,well maintained , clean and very spacious place . Outdoor setup was good to and gives a little urban feel. Read more

I'm a former partner from a different state. I ordered my dad a sweet cream cold brew. This is what we got. I asked about it....... And explained that the sweet cream isn't usually incorporated throughout, but placed on top at the end. I wanted to be sure wehad the right drink. The person at the window asked the person making drink who seemed unsure why she was being asked about it.Even if I didn't know how it's supposed to be made, the menu at the drive thru shows the drink. It's unfortunate that this wasmy dad's first experience with the sweet cream cold brew. Simply having an employee act like they too understood that what theyhanded us did not look like what we ordered would have gone a long way. Read more
After ordering bistro had to show my label to other employees and most rolled their eyes ! That being said I did ask for a GR... Mocha Frapp in a Vente cup. ( didn?t happen) when asking what was so funny about my order ; her reply ?.. you ordered 2 AffogatoShots over the wipe cream and someone took the time to type it in at cash register and that?s what affogato means ! Now seephotos below and you will see the Bistro did not pour anything over the wipe cream ? instead she opened a little hole in thewipe and then dumped in my shots ?.. drink was not what I wanted or how I ordered it ! Starbucks is getting old and I havestopped my frequency of visits and will continue to do so with this kind of service when paying premium dollars for coffee !!! Read more
I was visiting the area and this particular Starbucks was a life saver for my morning hot coffee. The drive thru attendant was... amazing!! So friendly, so nice, so upbeat!! I would go out of my way to shop here again but they are 3.5 hours away from where Ilive. ???? Read more
