The store hours are advertised that they are open till 9pm but during the weekends they turn off all the open sign and shut the... door by 8.30pm intentionally not wanting to serve customers. Why open the store at all, if not able to serve the customers? Read more
Asked for our sandwiches heated, before us she actually had heated 3 sandwiches together. I can only imagine how cold they were... due to ours feeling like they weren?t even heated. Actually, our cheese is still triangles. My chicken is also a little cold forthe mouth. Read more
I will not be returning. My reciept said I spent $42 but they charged my card $50, I purchased cookies drinks and chips and... didn't receive them, when I went back to get what I wasn't given, one of the employees said there wouldn't be anything theycould do about a refund until the following day when they had a manager, so I proceeded to ask of I could just get the otherstuff that belonged with the order, and obviously didn't know math because they said it was only a $2 difference when clearly itwas $8 and the price of the amount of food I was owed. Ridiculous food amounts. Charged an extra dollar for cheese when I asked for more cheese. I couldn't even see the shredded... cheese on the sub and she never mentioned anything about charging more. Food was good, too bad the staff aren?t smart enough to wear masks in a proper manner. I quit giving them business after... several visits where sandwich makers have masks pulled down and act insulted if you insist they pull them over their noses. Read more
My flat bread was thrown in the basket....so it was all over, I don't drink soda and the fountain machine was out of flavored... water,raspberry tea, and also sweet tea..... i told the employee but they didnt seem to concerned...i waited 15 min for them tocheck the machine to no avail so i ate my dinner without a drink.
